Presentation

The purpose of this class is to familiarize students with the basic concepts of contract law, commercial law, and corporate law. Thus, the aim is to study: the conditions of formation and execution of contracts (common contract law); the concept of merchant and the various mechanisms relating to a business concern; the conditions for the formation of a company, as well as the operating rules for the main companies operating under French law.

Form of assessment

The number of ECTS credits and the assessment methods are likely to be different for students in credit exchange programmes.
