This class focuses on the award of public contracts.

Recommended Prerequisite(s)

Command of key concepts of public procurement; the classification system for public procurement contracts;  procurement rules; contract litigation.

Educational formula

This class uses situational exercises. Case studies drawn from current events are prepared in advance by the students who will propose solutions in class. The session starts with a presentation of the case and the proposed solutions are presented orally. A collective solution to the case will be developed.
