Public affairs law and ethics

Presentation

This class focuses on the values and principles of governance as well as on supervisory and/or regulatory bodies and procedures. It aims to assess the extent to which ethical considerations are taken into account in regulations and public policies.

Recommended Prerequisite(s)

A good understanding of the principle of hierarchy of norms. A good knowledge of the norm-setting process in France and in the European institutions.
