Economics

Presentation

The program focuses on economic policies as they are implemented in their environment (national, regional, international and global). This economics class thus builds upon and consolidates the knowledge and skills acquired in the fourth year so as to cover as broadly as possible the programs of the various civil service entrance examinations prepared in these two masters courses.

Recommended Prerequisite(s)

Students who intend to take competitive examinations involving tests in economics are expected to have a good command of the basics in this area of study (general economics, economic policies) and of the methodology for writing papers in entrance examinations.

Educational formula

The economics method conference uses exercises and skills practiced in any other method conference but it is designed according to the students’ professional goals: emphasis is placed on written and oral preparations for candidates who have chosen to take entrance examinations involving economics,  and on presentations and debates for other students.
